POLICIES

Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of $50. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply or a prepaid service will be deducted off your file. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

 

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please call us on +61 416 637 870 and we will cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are comfortable.
